About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Founders Associate (M/F/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and manage its operations strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on executing operations strategies and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

**Join our portfolio company**: A German InsurTech company focused on protecting businesses from cyber threats. The startup offers a unique combination of insurance and cyber protection.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team and be involved in key decision making
- Lead and execute essential strategic projects end-to-end and help define the overall company strategies for internationalisation, extension of their addressable market and strategic sales partnerships
- Manage the Operations team consisting of HR and Finance Specialists
- Support investor management and reporting including board meetings and fundraising topics
- Be responsible for the company’s financial planning and budgeting

Your Profile
- 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant position and field
- Previous experience in at least one of the following: High-growth Startup, Business Operations in Tech, Top-tier Management CFonsulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
- Strong organisational and leadership skills along with a strategic and analytical way of thinking
- Characterised by a reliable, accurate and independent way of working
- Knowledge of Financial Modelling is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
