**Your role and responsibilities**:
As our Go-To-Market Specialist you build and tell the brand story, displaying your understanding of today's real world usage scenarios. Create and drive business growth through innovative, high-impact programs and sales motions. Develop trusted advisory partnerships and advocates with strategic customers. Engage the right teams to ensure customer. Build and maintain close relationships with all customer-facing and internal teams. Ensure a seamless customer experience. Use Social Media (mainly LinkedIn) as additional communication channel.
- Coordination of local agency activities, including on
- & offline campaigns
- Support local sales activities to maximize market success
- Conducting competitive monitoring at the local level
- Monitoring KPIs and optimizing marketing strategy
- Development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Creation of marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams
- Identification and alignment with target audiences and customer needs

**Your profile**:

- ** Hands-on mentality**: Proactive approach in taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
- ** In-depth agency know-how**: Extensive experience in coordinating activities with external agencies, including budget management and timeline oversight.
- ** Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and optimizing local marketing strategies**: Ability to track KPIs, analyze data trends, and implement effective marketing strategies for local markets.
- ** Willingness to work in an international and fast-moving environment**: Adaptability to collaborate across global teams while meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency.
