Market Data Specialist in the German team (Frankfurt-based).

We are expanding our German team and have therefore created a new position to support our team in Customer Support, especially for our two market data inventory systems INFOmatch and our new flagship product Optimize Spend, and in the area of Managed Service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer support tasks related to our inventory tools (answering inquiries, project support, helping with new implementations, training, troubleshooting problems, and escalations)
- Managed service support (contract and license management, invoice management, etc. based on our own systems)
- Build close working relationships with customers and vendors
- Ensure customer expectations are met
- Support continuous improvement of our own processes and services
- Create and maintain customer-specific documentation
- Participate in strategic projects

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree (or equivalent)
- 5 years of experience in finance and market data environment
- Desire to learn and develop yourself
- Customer orientation (enjoy dealing with customers)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Interest in international financial markets, IT and/or accounting processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel in particular
- German as a native language or C1 level
- English business fluent
- High level of attention to detail
- Desire to work in a dynamic and global team
