Survey and Maintenance Technician

We are in search of a **Survey and Maintenance Technician** to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our maintenance operations across Germany. You would be responsible for ensuring a high performance of our locker network and a rapid resolution of any issues. Ideally, you are a hands-on technician, a tinkerer / maker at core with experience in managing maintenance processes, spare parts and a team of a network of technicians. **What will be your responsibilities** - Execute routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance; - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support; - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory; - Conduct inspections and testing of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate; - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan; - Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers; - Assist in the development and documentation of maintenance procedures and best practices; - Execute technical sites visit (Survey) prior installation to technically evaluate the eligibility of the location and asses adaptation required; - Check and control the quality of installation; - Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers. **What are the requirements to join us in this position** - Minimum 5 of experience of working in a similar role, ideally with experience in maintaining products with network effects.
