**Your Mission**:
As a Mobile Service Technician for German Clients, you will ensure Dingli’s aerial work platforms (AWP) operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities include providing on-site technical support through maintenance, inspections, and repairs across Germany, guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of customer equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms at customer sites.
- Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Document service activities and manage inventory of parts required for repairs.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on field experience.
- Collaborate with management and engineering teams to address any product design or performance issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

**Requirements：**
- Technical degree / equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in the aerial work platform / heavy machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with equipment rental companies in Germany is highly desirable.
- Valid EU driver's license and readiness for frequent travel within Germany and occasionally across Europe.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and German, written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Pay: 3.000,00€ - 4.000,00€ per month
