**Demand Planner (m/w/d), Hygiene**

Pivotal to our ability to deliver on our commitments, you’ll be responsible for accurate demand forecasting. From planning production to purchasing finished goods and forecasting future revenue. You’ll take new information - such as sales or promotional activity - and historic trends and understand the impact on demand. You’ll challenge when necessary. Critically, you’ll provide clear communication between our sales, finance, supply and manufacturing teams. Additional tasks are:

- Responsibility and leading of the S&OP process
- Jointly assessing the forecast and coordinating with sales, marketing and finance to plan results with the supervisor
- Continuous analysis of forecast development and initiation of appropriate measures in case of deviation
- Supply-side coordination of new product launches and and further developments
- Inventory management
- Portfolio management
- Ensuring permanent supply capability in cooperation with our own factories, as well as external suppliers
- Close cooperation with demand managers, customer service and logistics to ensure the achievement of internal targets.

**You’ll succeed because**

you’re passionate about customer service and know how to manage complex supply chains. You have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years experience in Supply Services. You have delivered outstanding results in a planning or similar role. You’re able to work with a wide range of data - promotional, run rates, trends and seasonality - and use demand planning software and your own judgement to achieve alignment. Importantly, you’re self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively to influence other teams.
