**About the role**:
As the lifeblood of our supply chain excellence, we're seeking a **Senior Demand Planner (all genders)** to join our vibrant Reckitt team. You will have the significant responsibility of crafting accurate demand forecasts within a bustling large market, ensuring our products meet the hands of our consumers efficiently. Your role bridges the gap between sales surges, marketing campaigns, and our dedicated supply and manufacturing teams by translating complex data into action. We're looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, embraces challenges, and communicates with clarity and conviction.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to develop, monitor, and refine brand forecasts, ensuring high accuracy
- Ensure product availability by coordinating with internal and external suppliers
- Supply-related coordination for product launches and updates across both new and existing portfolios
- Manage stock levels and portfolio performance

**The experience we're looking for**:
Education and professional experience:

- Bachelor’s degree (min. Berufsakademie) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in demand and supply planning and forecasting
- Solid background in supply chain management
FMCG-experience will be considered as an advantage

Personal skills:

- Self-organised and proactive working style with the goal of planning ahead
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage complex workloads and set clear priorities
- Adaptable and collaborative nature, eager to work with cross-functional partners and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and functions

Software Skills - must haves:

- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot etc.)
- SAP ECC 6
- Familiarity with at least one Planning Tool

Software Skills - nice to have:

- Maestro by Kinaxis

Language Skills:

- English fluently (min. C1 proficiency)
- German is considered as nice to have
