**Operations/Supply Planner (f/m/d)**:

This position is in charge of creating constrained engineering and production plans, material plans and work-in-progress inventory rationalization, including sales in excess of invoicing, in order to improve service levels and optimize working capital. In this role you will collate and evaluate data pertinent to creating a constrained engineering plan (for engineered-to-order businesses) and production plan, using rough-cut and detailed capacity planning and links it to the demand plan.

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Running the supply review process and facilitating meetings to get consensus from managers for sign off
- Working with product management to influence design decisions, with procurement to better align supply and sourcing strategies, and with demand planners to influence activities that can improve profit or customer service, or reduce inventory
- Preparing Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and identifying capacity constraints, and recommending solutions and mitigation plans to remove bottlenecks
- Contributing to the short-term planning process, and linking the operations plan to the short-term production schedule
- Evaluating the impact of plans on expected inventory levels monitoring work in progress, and recommending rationalization initiatives
- Identifying root causes for deviation from the production plan and implementing initiatives to improve this
- Ensuring that planning bills of materials are up to date, and generating material plans based on supply plans

**Your background**:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent and/ or 1-3 years working experience in SCM or Planning & Fulfillment based on a solid qualification in Business Administration
- Proven track record of improving Planning & Fulfillment metrics via optimization initiatives
- Expertise in the Planning & Fulfillment domains of Inventory Management, Operations Planning and Sales & Operations Execution
- Advanced and senior knowledge in SAP (Modules WM, PP, MM)
- Evidence of leadership capabilities across team boundaries and with limited formal authority
- Customer focus and actions oriented with a systematic and structured approach
- Cultural awareness and ability to work within a global organization
- Strong communication skills in German and English, consulting and facilitating skills
