Our client - a leading international company in the financial services and collections industry - is looking for an experienced German-speaking Team Leader to guide a dynamic team of over 30+ Collections Agents.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Lead & Inspire the Team
- Manage, mentor, and develop a talented collections team of 30+ agents.
- Create a motivating work environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and celebrate success together.

Drive Performance & Deliver Results
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, workflow management, and KPIs.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to help your team reach new levels of performance.
- Ensure all collections activities meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Support Exceptional Customer Service
- Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze results to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience leading teams of 20+ people - ideally in collections, customer service, or contact centre environments.
- A strong background in financial services or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
- A hands-on leadership style with a natural ability to motivate, coach, and inspire.
- Confidence working with CRM systems, collections tools, and MS Office.
- A proactive mindset and passion for helping teams and customers succeed.
