Customer’s Investing and Financing function acts as the catalyst for a sustainable growth of the business. Team

members participate and lead manage new bids, bid partnerships, bid participation, debt raising and sell downs in

the company’s pipeline of projects across the globe.
- Lead financial modelling for opportunity evaluation, bid preparation, partnership discussions, potential M&A, debt raising, potential sell down and internal decision making
- Analyse data and synthesize information into insights and recommendations
- Undertake trend analysis and develop future trends
- Identify, assess and appropriately model risks and uncertainties
- Prepare appropriate outputs required by the senior management
- Review financial models and identify inconsistencies, errors and areas of improvements
- Ensure appropriate understanding of the key value drivers for each project and to develop appropriate sensitivities for effective decision making
- Work in co-ordination with the business functions at Head Office and various country offices across

Europe and Asia-Pacific
- Work in co-ordination with external stakeholders including potential and existing lenders, other offshore wind developers, global energy majors, financial institutions and company’s shareholders
- Reporting: Co-Heads of Investing and Financing Function (Part of the CIFO’s team)

**Professional Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Professional Experience**
- 5-6 years of prior work experience
- Proficient in MS-Excel and displayed expertise in financial modelling including building and using VB based Macros
- Experience of developing bid models and transaction models including key business sensitivities
- Knowledge of accounting, taxation, finance and valuation
- Experience in Offshore wind industry preferred failing which experience of working in renewable energy essential

- Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly
- confidential/sensitive information
- Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree essential
- Master’s degree preferred

**Salary**: 70,000.00€ - 90,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bremen: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
