Proclinical are recruiting a (Global) BD Director - CDMO for a biotech corporation. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Europe. The client is focused on develop, produce and commercial high-quality novel remedies for treating various major illnesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for project plan evaluation, contract evaluation, and accomplish contract signing on behalf of the organisation.
- Collaborate with the market function and assist with making marketing method and executing market plan, thus offering market basis for the company's decision making.
- You will develop a pipeline of new prospects with both local and global customers through market research and analysis.
- Responsible for forming a management system based on data analysis to promote informatisation.
- Support in forming and optimising internal sales processes and execute them.
- Offer reports regarding status of projects, opportunities, predictions, orders won/lost etc., in a timely manner.
- To meet or exceed the annual orders and revenue targets, you will seed deliberation and close multifaceted deals for mixed portfolio of CDMO service.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Educated to an advanced degree level in a medicine, pharmacy, bioprocess engineering or similar field.
- An MBA and/or PMP certification would be advantageous/ideal.
- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in Chinese would be beneficial to the role.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and BD within a pertinent organisation.
- Acquaintance working within a CDMO pharmaceutical market development both locally and international is desirable.
- Familiarity with managing a business development team.
- Obtained a solid professional network in CDMO services with a comprehension of biopharmaceutical development corporations.
- Business deliberation competency.
- A dedicated individual with a solid professional ethical mindset.
- A positive outlook with the ability to adapt to business trips.
- Market perception capability with the capacity to think analytically and make own decision.
