Head of Development Services Nordics, Baltics and

As Head of Development Services Nordics, Baltics and Poland you will be responsible for managing a pool of standard project development roles (e.g. project managers, bid managers, etc.) in the Nordics, Baltics and Poland region and ensuring sufficient headcount and allocation of FTE to projects in the region. Furthermore you will ensure and promote best practice and project development standards across the region, driving projects from origination to FID/ FC and optimizing value at all wind development projects in Nordics, Baltics and Poland.

**Your Tasks**:

- Manage a pool of standard roles (eg Project Leads, Bid Managers, etc.) in the region. Ensure sufficient headcount and allocation of resource to projects in the region.
- Responsible for ensuring and promoting best practice & project development standards across the region, driving projects from origination to FID/ FC.
- Driving rigour and best practice in the process of optimising value at all wind development projects in the region.
- Responsible for providing management services & reporting of development portfolio and origination activities in the region.
- Provide flexible origination support to the region in origination as required, ensuring a healthy pipeline in line with strategy and growth targets
- Hire and balance standardised development roles as needed by project and origination activity in the region
- Support development project leads in the development region to drive each project through to route to market secured/final consent
- Drive rigor and best practice in the process of optimizing value at all wind development projects in the region
- Ensure lessons learned from previous projects are implemented into next development projects.
- Provide management services & reporting of development portfolio and origination activities in the development region
- Provide pipeline steering, planning and reporting for all development activities in the development region
- Provide flexible origination support to the development region in origination as required, ensuring a healthy pipeline in line with strategy and growth targets
- Are closely involved with and provide support to Development Optimization team to ensure full alignment with regional needs and derive value adding global processes/ structures, e.g., Actively involve and bring regional perspective/needs into global development process optimization projects (e.g., further SODAS development)
- Support lessons learned from individual projects by project teams and fed into centrally steered and administered lessons learnt and knowledge sharing process

**Your Profile**:
You also have a strong commercial understanding paired with a strong HSE and wellbeing mindset.
English working level proficiency is mandatory, local language a plus.

In this role, you can either be located in Malmö, Copenhagen, Hamburg or Warsaw, the position involves some travel
