Happyglam is a new, innovative & data-driven Berlin-based cosmetics company focused on e-commerce. Through social media, we create an international brand for clean, vegan and eco-friendly cosmetic products. We are well-funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in the beauty, health, and fashion e-commerce space in our team. Tasks - You think strategically and develop creative and effective concepts for our brand "Happyglam" - You lead and guide the entire process of creative projects - from brainstorming and conceptualization to coordination with individual channels - You are creating original designs for print materials such as box inserts, packaging and product material - You are designing marketing materials that have high visual impact, and help present our products in a breakthrough way. - You conceptualize assignments by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts as per specified media requirements. Adjusts designs and copy according to direction provided by stakeholders. - You proofread to ensure accurate and high-quality work. **Requirements**: - You successfully studied Graphic Design, Communication Design, Product Design or other related studies - You gained +2 years of work experience as a Graphic / Web Designer or in similar roles - Strong understanding of design principles (typography, composition, proportion, patterning, color theory, photo art direction, etc.) - Knowledge of design techniques, such as Prototyping - You gained eperience in packaging, print, & digital graphic design - Experience with Design softwares incl. e.g. InDesign, Photoshop, Ilustrator - Strong photography and photo editing skills - You possess a growth-mind-set and a can-do-mentality - You speak fluent English, German is a plus - You consider yourself a team player, proactive, curious, and open-minded - Being based in Berlin is a plus **Benefits**: - Continuous development of your skills by training in the company and regular feedback sessions - Very good career opportunities within a young start-up in the heart of Berlin - A steep learning curve in a high-growth, dynamic D2C environment - A young, international and ambitious team with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and room to actively shape the company and work environment from day one - An interesting and in the cosmetics market with great future opportunities - A cozy workspace with fresh fruits, healthy drinks, snacks and more - Fun team events in and around Berlin regularly
