**The Role**:


**Your mission**:
As a **Web/Graphic Designer,** you'll team up with another talented designer to tackle a variety of design generalist topics with a fresh and imaginative approach. In close collaboration with our expansive marketing teams, your role will include the following key responsibilities:

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Web Design**: Be responsible for designing the overall layout and aesthetic for websites. Maintain and continuously optimize the GotPhoto website for a better user experience and higher conversion rates. Design and build new websites and landing pages by customizing and extending the CMS and Hubspot functionality.
- ** Design visually** compelling digital assets for social media, advertising, content marketing, etc.
- ** Visual Content Creation**:develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for various platforms and purposes.
- ** Collaboration with Marketing Teams**:work closely with marketing teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- ** Occasional Print Design**:design materials for event booths, brochures, and posters at times.
- ** Concept Development**: participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with project goals.
- ** Continuous Improvement and Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.

**We are looking for**:

- ** Experience**: 5+ years of Web Design and Graphic Design Experience
- ** Communication**: Fluent English
- ** Design Principles**: Understanding of fundamental design principles such as balance, contrast, hierarchy, and typography.
- ** Web Design**: Familiarity with web design principles and tools, including UI/UX design concepts, and a good understanding of HTML and CSS.
- ** Adobe Creative Suite**: Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Other software like Figma as well.
- ** Typography**:Knowledge of typography principles, including font selection, spacing, and readability.
- ** Color Theory**:Understanding of color theory and the ability to create harmonious color schemes.
- ** Layout Design**: Skills in creating visually appealing layouts for various mediums like print, web, and mobile.
- ** Illustration**: Ability to create illustrations and graphics.
- ** Motion Graphics**: Skills in creating animated graphics or motion graphics is a big plus.
