Become part of our Constructor Community and complete the team "Housing" in the north of Bremen as soon as possible in Full-Time as Housing Officer (M/F/d) Your responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the rental of premises within the Colleges, including student accommodations and guest rooms, including check-in/check-out and student mailbox management.- - Coordinate with external service providers to ensure that all housing-related services are delivered efficiently and meet the required standards.- Ensure the proper and timely processing of day-to-day operations related to housing management.- Perform control and reconciliation activities to maintain accurate records and resolve any discrepancies Your profile: - A completed degree or relevant qualification in Property Management, Business Administration, or Higher Education/Student Affairs, or a related field.- Proven experience in higher education/student affairs, or housing management, property management, or a related field, ideally within a university or educational environment.- Experience in coordinating with external service providers and managing rental operations.- Organizational, Communication and Presentation Skills- Excellent written and spoken English and intermediate Knowledge German is desirable What you can expect at Constructor University: We are an international, world-class private university embarking on an exciting journey of growth and expanding our portfolio.
