As a working student in performance marketing with an analytical focus, you will support us in the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.

**Your Tasks**:

- Operational implementation and monitoring of paid media campaigns
- Supporting budget management, audience segmentation, and scaling strategies
- Creating reports and performance dashboards
- Contributing to the development of data-driven campaign strategies
- Working with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Looker, or Excel
- Executing campaigns across paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Conducting data-driven A/B testing
- Supporting performance analysis of KPIs such as CPA, CTR, ROAS
- Monitoring competitors and market trends

**What You Bring**:

- You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in marketing, business administration, information systems, data science, or a similar field
- You work in a structured manner, love working with numbers, and possess strong analytical thinking skills
- You have some initial experience with online marketing tools or tracking systems
- You are interested in commercial contexts and performance optimization
- Fluent German and English skills are required
