**About our Ecommerce Management Team**

We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.

Our **Advertising**team is currently looking for a motivated** Working Student Performance Marketing - E-Commerce (f/m/d)**to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is part-time (max. 20 hours per week) and located in Hamburg.
- How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You support the Advertising Team and successfully set up own campaigns on different ecommerce platforms with focus on Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and/or Retail Media platforms such as OTTO
- You learn to optimize these campaigns and contribute your own strategies and ideas to improve our clients’ results
- You research relevant keywords for the products to be advertised as the basis for your campaigns
- You monitor campaign activities and prepare actionable reports to evaluate the campaign performance

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Who Are You?
- You are currently enrolled as a student, e.g. studying business administration, ecommerce, or marketing - students from other fields are also welcome
- You have gained first experience in online marketing, advertising, or ecommerce
- Having worked in an agency before would be a plus
- You possess good Excel skills and ideally e.g. PivotTables are not new to you and you know your way around tools like Power Point
- You possess a high interest and affinity to online marketing and ecommerce topics (especially Amazon)
- You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your own know-how daily
- You are analytical and possess conceptual strength as well as quality and solution orientation
- You take over responsibility for your projects, show commitment and you are customer oriented
- Your working style is “hands-on”, and you like to get things done
- You possess very good written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
