You will become part of our Performance Marketing Team and actively shape our campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others. Your creative instinct and passion for storytelling will help you develop inspiring content that truly resonates with our target audience.

**Your Tasks**:

- Creating and editing video content (e.g., using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Developing engaging hook ideas and creatives for paid social campaigns
- Independently implementing visual campaign ideas in close collaboration with the marketing team
- Researching and briefing influencers and creators
- Contributing to the development of cross-channel creative strategies
- Executing campaigns across paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Conducting data-driven A/B testing
- Supporting performance analysis of KPIs such as CPA, CTR, ROAS
- Monitoring competitors and market trends

**What You Bring**:

- You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in marketing, media, design, or a related field
- You have a strong sense for visual storytelling, trends, and creative formats
- You’re creative and enjoy actively contributing your ideas to the team
- You work in a structured manner and are comfortable handling numbers
- Initial experience with social media content and performance marketing is a plus
- Fluent German and English skills are required
