- As the Global Key User Procurement (f/m/d), you will be the go-to person for the P2P workstream during our global S/4 HANA implementation.
You will play a key role in standardizing, harmonizing, and improving our digital procurement processes.
Your strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and other procurement systems will be crucial in developing IT concepts and coordinating change requests.**What you will do**:

- **Be the system guru**: You will be the primary expert for procurement-related systems like procurement platforms, e-sourcing tools, contract management solutions, and supplier performance management tools.
- **Drive process improvements**: Identify opportunities to enhance our procurement processes and implement best practices.
- **Support and train users**: Be the main point of contact for Procurement users, providing guidance, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training programs.
- **Manage data and reporting**: Work with stakeholders to define and capture relevant procurement data and KPIs, generating reports and dashboards to track and analyze performance.
- **Lead change management**: Oversee procurement system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionalities, ensuring smooth transitions and high user adoption.
- **Handle vendor relationships**: Manage relationships with procurement system vendors, participating in evaluations, contract negotiations, and performance reviews.
- **Ensure compliance**: Make sure we comply with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations, working closely with IT, legal, finance, and compliance teams.
- **Collaborate across teams**: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and address system-related needs.

**What we are looking for**:

- A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (certified).**Long-term professional experience as a Key User Procurement is a must**; alternatively, in procurement operations or consulting with strong system and process knowledge.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA (certification would be an asset) and experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with a focus on procurement systems, data management, and process optimization.
- A solid understanding of procurement processes, tools, and technologies, including ERP systems and data analytics tools.
- Experience in delivering training programs and providing user support.
- Proven project management professional and/or Lean Six Sigma education.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage system upgrades and drive user adoption.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
