Lean Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Define and implement improvement and segmentation projects according to Lean methods
- Systematic identification of process weaknesses and conducting process comparisons
- Analyzing, optimizing and standardizing processes
- Prepare and conduct Lean trainings
- Leading Lean projects and measures as well as the associated Steering Committees
- Guiding and supporting Lean project leaders
- Develop and define process standards
- Development and implementation of audits
- Willingness for occasional business trips
**Qualifications**:
- Completed business or technical training (university degree, technician, master craftsman) or comparable training or professional experience
- Certified further training in the area of Lean Management and/or Six Sigma (Green
- or Blackbelt)
- At least three years of professional experience in the production-related area, ideally in the area of continuous improvement management and in the implementation of LEAN management methods
- Very good written and spoken English
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Enjoy teamwork, have a confident manner and presentation and moderation skills
- Independent, methodical and solution-oriented way of working
