- We are looking for a Lead UI Designer (f/m/x) to start immediately for our well-known client, a company based in Berlin.

**In this position you can work fully remote.**

**Your Responsibilities as **Lead UI Designer (f/m/x)**
- You take on the creative responsibility of our design system and drive the visual alignment
- You will take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the UI designers, support the team in delivering high quality standards and take over their mentoring
- You effectively communicate user guidance, interactions and design ideas and convey concepts within the team and to stakeholders
- You are the contact person for the marketing and sales departments and sharpen the understanding of our visual orientation
- You work data-based. The creation and definition of hypotheses, KPIs and their measurement are the basis for you to derive subsequent steps
- You take over the continuous development of a uniform visual language on our different platforms and touchpoints
- You develop design roadmaps and derive work packages for the team members from them
- You report directly to the department head and the division manager and are the direct contact person for design questions

**Your Qualification and Skills**
- You have a degree in communication design or a comparable qualification
- You have more than 5 years of professional experience in the field of user interface design and user experience
- You already have initial experience in leading a design team
- You have a very strong design focus and a strong passion for human-centered design and you know what needs to be done in terms of accessibility
- You think very strategically and cross-media and have experience in leading workshops and present yourself confidently
- You have a strong, verifiable portfolio
- You speak English fluently, German is a nice to have
