**Our team**:

- Als Lead UI Designer (m/w/d) bist Du Teil unseres User-Experience und Webdesign Teams. Wir arbeiten crossfunktional, verantworten und erstellen die Frontends für unsere verschiedenen STRATO Verkaufsportale in Deutschland, Spanien, Schweden und den Niederlanden.
- Neben unseren diversen STRATO Verkaufsportalen verantworten wir ebenso den STRATO Kund*innenenlogin / Serverlogin und unterstützen mit unserer Expertise die Kolleg*innen des STRATO hauseigenen Cloudspeicher HiDrive sowie Drittanbieter Applikationen. Hierzu zählen z.B. unsere Online-Marketing Tools, der Websitebuilder und unser webbasierte E-Mail Client.**Your responsibility**:

- Du übernimmst die kreative Verantwortung unseres Design Systems und treibst die visuelle Ausrichtung gemäß der STRATO Persona voran
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung der UX / UI Designer*innen, unterstützt das Team dabei hohe Qualitätsstandards zu liefern und übernimmst das Mentoring dieser
- Du kommunizierst Benutzerführung, Interaktionen und Designideen effektiv und vermittelst Konzepte innerhalb des Teams sowie zu Stakeholder*inen
- Du bist der Ansprechpartner*in für die Abteilungen Marketing und Vertrieb und schärfst das Verständnis für unsere visuelle Ausrichtung
- Du arbeitest datenbasiert. Das Erstellen und Definieren von Hypothesen, KPIs und deren Messung sind Grundlagen für Dich, um daraus Folgeschritte abzuleiten
- Du übernimmst die kontinuierliche Entwicklung einer einheitlichen visuellen Sprache auf unseren verschiedenen Plattformen und Touchpoints
- Du entwickelst Design Roadmaps und leitest daraus Arbeitspakete für die Teammitglieder ab
- Du berichtest direkt an die Abteilungsleitung und die Bereichsleitung und bist direkter Ansprechpartner*innen bei Designfragen

**Your personality**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich User Interface Design und User Experience und bereits erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Führung eines Designteams
- Du hast einen sehr starken Designfokus sowie eine ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Human-Centered Design und weißt, was in puncto Accessibility zu tun ist
- Du denkst sehr strategisch und crossmedial und hast Erfahrung im Leiten von Workshops und trittst dabei präsentationssicher auf
- Du hast ein starkes, nachweisbares Portfolio
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend
