Senior Graphic Designer

Your role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take the lead on all design projects working closely across different teams at Circula. You will be responsible for Circula’s brand perception, working to ensure videos, campaigns and performance ads are powered by high-quality content. Your mission is to explain Circula’s product in its imagery, articles, posts and visual language to attract new customers and make existing customers stick.

**Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing**:

- You will own, drive and develop the brand and design set up at Circula
- You work closely with internal teams, creating a cohesive visual consistency and continuity to ensure the requirements of the brand guidelines are accurately integrated into all asset types
- You create layouts for websites and landing pages to be implemented by our tech team
- You take initiative on projects to deliver new and innovative solutions, contributing to concepts and ideas for new in-house projects
- You will support various teams including Content Marketing, Product Marketing, PR and Employer Branding with your design expertise

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a versatile Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for finding creative solutions to complex problems, who loves collaborating and working with feedback:

- You have several years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Director and/or Video/Animation Specialist, ideally in tech startups with a B2B focus
- You love working on concepts, creating ideas together with the rest of the team
- You create high quality designs, bringing visual consistency and continuity of our brand across a variety of deliverables
- You have an eye for detail, evident through your strong digital design skills in video editing and animation
- You are an effective communicator, articulating your vision, strategy and decisions for your design solutions
- You are skilled in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and/or Sketch
- You are structured and organised, managing different topics at the same time without compromising the quality of your work to drive projects to completion
- You have very good German (C2 level) and English skills, both spoken and written
- You love to keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in all things related to graphic and video design
