- ** Market Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies, particularly in the realm of AI, to ensure our design solutions remain competitive and relevant.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a graphic design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across digital and print mediums.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.
- Exceptional understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and user experience.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive and independent problem-solver who takes initiative and ownership of projects.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
