We're looking for a skilled and driven Senior Graphic / Media Designer to bring brand identities to life across print and digital channels. You'll take ownership of implementation, layout creation, and production workflows, ensuring every deliverable meets our high creative standards. Your Role
As a
Senior Graphic / Media Designer
, you will be responsible for the professional execution, adaptation, and production of design materials for our brands. You translate creative ideas into ready-to-produce layouts and assets — ensuring every detail aligns with brand standards and technical requirements. Your work guarantees that all materials, from packaging to print ads and digital campaigns, are executed with accuracy and consistency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of visual designs across print and digital channels
  • Create and adapt layouts based on existing concepts and templates
  • Prepare accurate, high-quality artwork files for print and digital production
  • Ensure color management, image quality, and typographic precision
  • Coordinate with printers and production partners, manage prepress processes
  • Maintain and develop brand style guides and asset libraries
  • Support the creative team with design rollouts and versioning for campaigns
  • Ensure all deliverables meet technical and brand specifications

Your Profile

  • Degree or training in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Media Production
  • 5+ years of experience in a comparable design production role (agency or in-house)
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Figma)
  • Strong technical understanding of print processes, file preparation, and finishing techniques
  • Meticulous eye for detail, typography, and layout precision
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style with hands-on mentality
  • Ideally experience in image editing and retouching
  • Bonus: experience in beauty, lifestyle, or premium brand environments

This is a hybrid position. Our office is based in Berlin, Germany, but there is flexibility for remote work. We are primarily looking for a full-time candidate, but are open to discuss part-time roles.
