**Your tasks**:

- You assist in the setup, monitoring, analysis, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- You support CRM and other marketing tool usage (e.g. Braze)
- You develop outreach strategies to acquire new influencer partners and nurture relationships with existing ones.
- You analyze performance metrics of influencer partnerships to evaluate future collaborations.
- You offer general support in marketing project management, including coordination across social media and performance marketing channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts

**What we expect**:

- You are studying Marketing, Business Administration, International Management, or a related field.
- You are proficient with the Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.
- You have already gained initial experience in marketing or in a business environment.
- You possess excellent teamwork skills.
- You demonstrate very good written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a big plus.
- You stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and strategies to marketing initiatives.
