As an Working Student Office & Community Management, you are expected to be in the office in a schedule of 20hrs/week.

**Tasks**:

- Take ownership of operational activities to ensure that the daily business runs smoothly.
- Be one of the go-to persons for general office & community management tasks as well as the contact person for our guests & service provider.
- Bring in your ideas and help to organize memorable team events.
- Assist our employees in travel management.
- Learn and understand more about our company culture, and how to grow and nurture it.
- Provide office and IT material during the onboarding of new PRISMAtes.

**Profile**:

- You enjoy working in an international environment.
- You delight people with your open, cooperative, and hands-on personality.
- You can work independently and self-organised.
- Great verbal and written German and English language skills.
