We’re looking for a **Digital Consulting Lead** with expertise in digital services related to the retail and consumer market to join our team in Germany.
Are you passionate about the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods industry and want to leverage technology to drive transformation for the clients?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a trusted advisor in the CPG&R space, providing consultative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-focused transformation projects across a variety of areas (Retail, E-Commerce, Supply Chain)
- Equip account managers and sales teams with the knowledge, materials, advice and support required to enable you to pursue opportunities within Retail and Consumer Products clients and prospects
- Assess client opportunities, generate & respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish senior relationships with clients and prospective clients and help to close/sign new deals
- Proactively identify, shape and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operating models and project team organization and lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize the growth of practice activities within our Retail and Consumer Products portfolios
- Align with Business Unit goals and objectives, support company financial goals, including revenue and profit targets
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Deep industry experience in trendsetting, digital & innovative technology-focused
- Experience in a leadership position, or the equivalent from a recognized consultancy practice
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Willingness to lead people and recruit your own team
- Proven ability to manage client consulting engagements and management of digital innovation transformation programs to completion
- Sound business acumen, commercial and strategic skills, numeric fluency, negotiation skills and advocacy for diversity
- Ability to speak German to a fully fluent level is mandatory for this role
