**Job Title**: Recruitment Researcher - Strategy Consulting (3-Month Contract)
**Location**: Munich, Germany (Hybrid on Site 2-3 days a week)
**Contract Type**: Fixed-Term (3 months)
**Language Requirement**: Fluent German & English

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct targeted research to map the talent landscape within consulting, professional services, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.
- Deliver insightful research reports to inform sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
- Support recruitment operations through data management, reporting, and coordination as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **recruitment or talent research within strategy consulting, professional services, or executive search**.
- Fluent in **German and English**, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the consulting talent profile, industry structures, and competitive landscape.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
