Your role
- Join our dynamic Business Operations team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment. You'll support the Customer Success team with operational tasks, analytics, and strategic initiatives.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Support day-to-day operations and contribute to strategic projects within the SaaS business.
- Analyze processes and provide back-office support for Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Prepare evaluations, reports, and dashboards using Salesforce and SAP; assist in data updates and reporting.
- Conduct research related to renewals and account data quality.
- Assist in developing and implementing improvements in data management and system migration.
- Help prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders.

**Your profile**:
- Enrolled in a university program (e.g. Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Informatics).
- First experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Project Management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear communicator with the ability to work across cultures and teams.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to learn about SaaS, low-code, and AI.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
