**Your key responsibilities**

As key member of our Global Product Management Team, you will be responsible for developing Distribution & Syndication solutions.
- You will drive the product development roadmap and understand the relevant business strategy, metrics, priorities and user & stakeholder needs.
- You will deliver products that are easy-to-use, reliable, regulatory compliant, innovative, scalable and cost efficient
- You will be responsible to define, prioritise and maintain the product backlog with the agile team including features, epics, user stories, activities, bugs and team tasks (or equivalents) while providing input and guidance to the agile team on a day-to-day basis delivering on time and in budget
- You will work in partnership with Investors, Distribution, Sales, Global Trade Operations and Services, Technology, Legal and other relevant stakeholders
- You will lead and support team members in developing their knowledge and skills

**Your skills and experiences**
- 5-10 years relevant market experience in the financial services industry with Distribution, Product Sales and/or Trade Operations & Services experience, ideally including client and investor interaction
- Excellent Trade Finance knowledge and understanding of distribution and de-risking instruments
- Leadership experience in change or transformation projects and agile development
- Solid technical knowledge of related processes and systems
- Strong self-initiative and pro-active, client, solution and performance oriented
- Innovative mindset - can think out of the box and willingness to question the status quo
