**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The VP Strategy and Transformation I&P is the driving force to transform the division and to develop and continuously sharpen the I&P growth strategy and to push the execution within the Division
- In that role the VP Strategy and Transformation is an integral part of the I&P management Team and will report directly to the division president. Key responsibilities are:

- Develop an inclusive strategy closely aligned with TAKKT strategy
- drive deployment within I&P
- Ensuring successful transformation by focusing the organization on defined priorities
- Actively interact and promote the transformation with all leadership levels
- Monitor the ongoing progress and ensure tangible results
- Stay on top of TAKKT Top 5 Projects and I&P specific project portfolio to ensure disciplined execution
- Lead the organizational integration that will enable growth
- Drive engagement for the transformation by developing and implementing a comprehensive target picture and ensure constant alignment with TAKKT transformation and group function initiatives
- Challenge group function delivery for best results
- Develop and drive new business ideas
- Constantly check and refine the G2M strategy
- Business Case setup and ongoing measurement of progress
- build close teamwork with key project and department leads and teams, be supporter and challenger of prioritized initiatives

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- Extensive business acumen and in depth understanding for commercial activities
- very well versed in strategy development and deployment
- proven track record of successfully transforming business in a complex environment
- B2B/B2C Retail or Industry Background as well as Private Equity background are a plus
- University degree from a recognized university or business school, ideally combined with a secondary qualification (MBA/PhD)
- Fluent English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus
