**Job Title: Business Development Manager - Healthcare Recruitment (Germany)**
**Location: Germany (On-site)**
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected German citizen to join us as a Business
Development Manager. This role will focus on building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and
healthcare institutions across Germany to procure job opportunities for international healthcare
and proven experience in business development, recruitment sales, or employer partnerships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other
healthcare institutions across Germany.
- Procure job vacancies in healthcare (nursing, caregivers, allied health professionals,
etc.) in line with organizational hiring needs.
- Negotiate terms of engagement and partnership agreements with healthcare employers.

- Ensure compliance with German labor laws, healthcare regulations, and recognition
requirements (e.g., Anerkennung for foreign nurses).
- Act as the primary point of contact for German healthcare employers, ensuring long-term
and trust-based relationships.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the German
healthcare labor market.
**Key Requirements**:
- Must be a German citizen with the legal right to work and represent the company in
Germany.
- Based in Germany with an existing network/relationships in the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in business development, employer partnerships, or recruitment
sales, preferably within healthcare.
- Strong understanding of German healthcare employment structure and regulatory
requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in German and English (both mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and deliver on aggressive business targets.
