- IVR development and configurations using CX Designer- Having understanding of CX Designer, Analyzer, CX Commander- CXP/Genesys experience Portal configurations- Experience in IVR Call Flow, telephony and Speech Recognition experience- Ability to design call-flows from requirement documentation and workshops- Expert knowledge of 1 or more IVR development environment such as Aspect CX Designer, Genesys composer, Avaya etc- Knowledge on Java, JavaScript.- Working knowledge of IVR Environments and Operating Systems- Working knowledge of telephony technologies including call routing, SMS, VOIP-
- Have in-depth knowledge of open architectures including VXML, CCXML and GRXML.- Prior experience in Developing IVR Solutions in Aspect IVR.-
- Experience in designing and deploying solutions for cross integrations among OEMs in the CC environment is preferred.- Must have integrated, retrieved data and extensively familiar in handling Database interactions with Databases like SQL, Oracle and other standard DBs.
- Prior experience in writing and presenting Technical Specification Documents
