- Bojan Ulemek | + 49 89 23 88 98 671**Qualification**:- Genesys routing development (IRD/Composer) and reporting( CCPulse/Infomart/ICON)- Genesys SIP, GVP, IVR flow.- Nuance CXP- Genesys WDE customization, plugins for CRMs.- XML, SOAP, REST, GMS API, DMS API- Genesys call Back, GMS- Aspect WFM- Linux, Linux scripting- Oracle, PL/SQL- Verint call recording- Nuance - CXP IVR
- Knowledge in German language (C1) is must

**Must Have Skills**:
- Required Genesys Certified Professional by the Genesys University Developer program.
- **
*** A minimum of 5-year experience in their Genesys area in all Routing, Reporting and call flow development.
- **
*** Genesys specialized engineer for taking over Agent Desktop and Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition and having knowledge on the Genesys AIL
- **
*** Genesys specialized engineer to have successfully passed the Genesys University education classes including the 'Genesys Foundations Courses', 'Genesys Installation, Configuration and Operations Courses' and the 'Genesys Technical Development Courses' for all our relevant Genesys topics (both Voice and Multimedia Routing basic and advanced, both Historical and Online Reporting basic and advanced, all GVP, all CME, all Stat Server, all Genesys API and SDK development). For verification, it should be possible for the integrator to show the certification documents.
- **
*** Genesys Multimedia Routing should have in addition to the already mentioned Genesys skills, a very experienced knowledge on the Genesys Interaction Routing Designer language, including also both Genesys Routing script and Genesys Routing workflow language and Orchestration Server scripting language, as well as very good VBA language skill, exquisite XML XSLT knowledge, very good XML Import and Export Wizard knowledge, SOAP, REST and very good Genesys GMS API and DMS API knowledge. As all our Routing Flows are in German, German C1 language know-how is needed in addition for these specialists for understanding German complex conversation with IVR (Voice), Aura Bot (Messaging) and Portal (Chat).

*** Genesys specialized team members for taking over our Genesys Historical and Online Reporting have to have a broad experience both on Genesys Infomart and Genesys ccpulse and Genesys ccpulse template development.
- **
*** Knowledge on Aspect EWFM. Knowledge on Aspect IVR
- **
*** Should have extensively worked on NUANCE CXP IVR in the past
- **
*** Must have a very good knowledge and experience in Oracle Pl Sql and Oracle exa data. All relevant database models and Oracle programming, concerning a wide area of Oracle techniques (e.g. Jobs, stored procedures, synonyms, views).
- **
*** In addition, a very good knowledge on Linux scripting techniques is needed, both for Historical Reporting and KPI creation control.
- **
*** A good understanding of the SIP protocol is needed. Knowledge on all GVP components and integration of GVP by Telera XML, I-Server and Voice Objects XML. As all our IVR flows are in German.
- **
*** For designing the architecture of the underlying hardware of all Genesys components exquisite know-how of the Linux hardware is required, especially on performance items.
- **
- **
*** Having good knowledge on Verint Quality monitoring solution, Speech analytics, Screen Recording and Text Analytics. Should have knowledge on Install of the above servers
