**Your Responsibilities**
- Hands on help with the daily tasks of the Office Support Team like
- inventory management
- ordering and supplying snacks, food, and beverages
- assisting with lunches and caterings for smaller sized team events on site
- mail processing and forwarding
- invoice processing
- administrative registration of employees with third-party providers
- support employees with information about processes and standards
- manage pick-ups and mailings of hardware
- ** **Cover the Front of House: The Office Support Team is the main point of contact for our employees in Cologne. We are providing an exemplary front-of-house experience and ensuring the workplace is a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all.

**Qualities we look for**
- Some experience as an office manager and/or in a customer facing industry, is a plus not a must.
- You are open, friendly, have a hands-on mentality and are happy to lend a helping hand.
- You like to work in a team and don't lose your positivity and good mood, even on a hectic day.
- We are looking for someone to support the team in the Cologne Office on site.
- Fluent in English and German.
