**Your responsibilities**
- Support the development and the implementation of Uniper's sustainability goals and policies with the aim of deeper integration into Uniper's strategy and business areas.
- Assist the collaboration with the strategy function to support the mutual consideration of corporate strategy and sustainability ambitions.
- Identify and support implementation of improvement opportunities in strategic ESG processes and governance frameworks.
- Assist the greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting process, with a specific focus on value chain emissions (Scope 3). Ensure accurate and timely annual and quarterly calculations of both direct and indirect emissions. Conduct in-depth analyses and provide data-driven insights to address Scope 3 emissions and their impact on the company's sustainability performance.
- Support the sustainability performance reporting efforts, including data collection, analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive reports.

**Your profile**
- Currently pursuing studies in fields such as Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Energy Systems, Business Law, Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel for data analysis, structuring, and mapping. Ability to create compelling presentations using PowerPoint to convey complex information effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, taking ownership of tasks and proactively driving projects forward. A problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, being a good communicator to engage with internal stakeholders and present findings confidently.
- Adaptable and capable of working independently, showing autonomy and taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English; German language proficiency is an advantage but not required.
