Working Student HR Support

As a working student in our HR team, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to support our HR department. You’ll work closely with our HR team on various tasks therefore we are looking for a working student (M/F/d) who is available up to 20 hours a week.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You will support employee’s onboarding by preparing documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- You will collaborate on HR data projects, helping to identify trends and insights
- You will handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- You will contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department
**What you bring**:
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (German is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Most importantly: Passion for People
