**ABOUT THE TEAM**
We, the Support Experience and Innovation Office, provide services and support the customer support organization with process design, analytics solutions and various innovative approaches like predictive support and predictive analytics capabilities.
**THE ROLE**
Tasks: You will support the team in documentation and rollout of processes and metric definitions as well as in the collaboration with larger customer support related strategic projects. Furthermore, you will support the team with analysis and clean-ups in the area of customer support related master data.
During your work you will get an understanding of SAPs end-to-end customer support processes, learn how SAPs customer support business is running and steered through analytical measures.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Communications, Informatics, Computer Science
- Computer skills: MS Office, basic programming (Python a plus). Optional MS SharePoint, SAP Applications
- Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
- Soft skills: team player; good communication skills; creative; structured; ability to understand, evaluate and analyze complex figures and processes
