Our delivery hubs are located in densely populated inner-city locations and we strive to be sustainable by delivering on electric bikes and using packaging that can be recycled.

To ensure that our riders feel comfortable and always have a contact person, we are looking for german-speaking Workforce Support Agents (M/F/d) who will emphatically take care of all our riders' concerns. Our Riders are the heart of our company and we want to offer them the best possible service.

**Job Description**:

- You provide fast, reliable and quality service to our riders by answering their questions about contracts, shifts or paychecks
- You are the voice of the drivers, ensuring that you share their day-to-day work experiences with other departments in our company and drive process improvements
- You lead and participate in projects aimed at improving the way the Rider Care team works

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally, you have had some experience in customer service and/or other customer-facing jobs
- You've worked in a delivery job before or have a good understanding of what it takes to be a courier driver
- You have experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk and Intercom
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are organized, detail oriented and not afraid to take on new tasks
- You are fluent in German and English
