Active Sourcing Specialist

**Your mission**:

- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent in engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and defense technology
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles in UAV, robotics, and high-security industries
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify talent trends and hiring opportunities
- Track and report sourcing metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness

**Your profile**:

- 2+ years experience in active sourcing, talent acquisition, or headhunting
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative sourcing methods
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, SAP SuccessFactors) and CRM tools
- Understanding of labor laws, confidentiality, and compliance in high-security hiring

Nice to have
- Experience in sourcing for defense, aerospace, or cybersecurity roles
- Knowledge of security-clearance hiring and government contractor recruitment
- Background in international talent sourcing
