**Your mission**:

- Develop and execute a strategic recruiting plan to attract top talent in engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and defense technology
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and assessment to onboarding for key positions
- Build a strong employer brand and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for global hiring
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, security clearance, and export control regulations in defense sector hiring
- Manage and optimize ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics
- Develop relationships with universities, defense talent networks, and industry organizations
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define job roles and workforce planning
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring processes

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years experience in **talent acquisition, recruiting strategy, or HR leadership**:

- Strong expertise in **technical, defense, or aerospace recruitment**:

- Knowledge of **security-clearance hiring, background checks, and compliance in defense recruitment**:

- Proficiency in **ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, SAP SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow Talent)**:

- Excellent stakeholder management and experience working with **executives and technical hiring teams**

**Nice to have**
- Experience with **active sourcing, military transition hiring, and government contracting talent acquisition**:

- Background in **global recruiting and scaling hiring strategies for hyper-growth companies**:

- Understanding of **talent market trends in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems**
