Als Head of Field Sales übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle: Du baust from Scratch ein High-Impact Field Sales Team (12-15 FTE) auf, setzt datengetriebene Vertriebsstrategien um und sorgst für schnelles, nachhaltiges Wachstum.

- Scale & Lead - Rekrutiere, coache und entwickle ein erstklassiges Field Sales-Team mit klaren Performance
- und Wachstumszielen
- Strategic Sales Execution - Optimiere unsere Go-to-Market-Strategie, begleite dein Team zu Walk-Ins & Demos und stell sicher, dass jedes Kundengespräch überzeugt
- Datengetrieben & ergebnisorientiert - Nutze Salesforce für tiefgehende Analysen, Pipeline-Optimierung & Forecasting
- Territory Growth - Baue das Vertriebsgebiet aus, gewinne strategische Neukunden & skaliere das Team weiter
