**More specifically, you will**:

- Shape and execute the product vision and roadmap for data analytics, influencing data infrastructure and reporting solutions
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including car dealerships, manufacturers, account management, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, establishing effective feedback loops for rapid learning and iteration
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business impact
- Identify and tap into relevant data sources, driving the creation of high business value
- Promote the team's and company's achievements, connecting with users to gather feedback
- Drive product strategy with innovative ideas, market knowledge, and thorough analysis
- Earn trust, motivate, and support team members to achieve success

**Who you are and what you bring**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner for at least one machine learning-centric product in a data-driven company, with a track record of setting milestones and tracking progress via KPIs
- Proficient in exploring and assessing large data sets using tools such as Mongo QL, SQL, and Python, with a solid understanding of statistics, data lakes, and data warehouses
- Skilled in writing clear, concise, and well-structured user stories and epics
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German, capable of handling stakeholders in both languages and understanding nuances in language use
- Business acumen, confident negotiator, team player, and effective communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Eager to learn about actual product use flows and adept at identifying unique selling propositions when interacting with customers
- Ambitious, curious, proactive, and driven to find pragmatic and sustainable solutions in complex markets
- Knowledgeable about EU data privacy regulations; experience in automotive sales, design thinking, or Jira is a plus

Founded in 2010, VEACT develops and distributes a software-based platform for digitalising marketing processes in the automotive industry. With self-learning technology and a broad automotive know-how, VEACT supports its customers in making marketing and sales processes more efficient through data. To do this, VEACT uses all available data sources, such as invoices, service histories, satisfaction queries, and campaign data and condenses them into a customer profile. The aim is to process this information qualitatively so that it can be used to create individual customer profiles and recommendations for action (predictive customer intelligence).

Car dealerships and manufacturers benefit from lower process costs, improved customer loyalty and, thus, higher sales.

VEACT now has c.€15 million in revenue and c.100 FTE and is an established scaleup within the automotive software ecosystem and the secret weapon behind some of the world's biggest car dealerships and OEMs. The market, demand, and potential look fantastic. In Europe, 380,000 car dealerships and repair shops generate a turnover of €170 billion in aftersales.

Over the coming period, VEACT is embarking on a European scaling journey and is seeking to expand its footprint to enhance its growth trajectory.
