Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich als Technical Product Owner Product & Calculation (m/w/d). Als Standort/e bieten wir an: München, Essen

**Die Herausforderung**:

- Die Produkte der E.ON werden grüner, lokaler und vernetzter. Deine Aufgabe ist es, für einen Teil unseres Lösungsportfolios den technischen Produktkatalog weiterzuentwickeln (z.B: Strom/Gas oder eMobility)
- Als technischer Product Owner leitest du in wechselnden Projekten interne und externe Entwicklungsteam für unser zentrales CRM und CPQ-System (Salesforce + Add-Ons)
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Teamperformance und triffst Personalentscheidungen
- Damit unser Produktkatalog konsistent und klar ist, stimmst du Anforderungen mit dem fachlichen Product Owner ab und klärst den besten Lösungsansatz
- Du reportest den Fortschritt in deinem Team sowie aufkommende Hindernisse an andere Units und Projekte, damit wir gemeinsam über die ganze Customer Journey neue Produktideen zügig umsetzen

**Ein Background, der überzeugt**:

- Du hast ein technisches Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder Erfahrungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten oder der Führung eines Teams bringst Du mit
- Erfahrungen in Salesforce und CPQ (Configure/Price/Quote)-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (B2) in Deutsch und Englisch runden Dein Profil ab
