SPRK brings them together. As our ERP & Data Administrator you maximize the data quality in our ERP system Odoo and minimize the effort stakeholders have using the system. Tasks ERP Management - Create and manage our products, inventory and customer records in our ERP system Odoo. - Create products and other failure prone processes in our systems yourself. - Onboard and offboard users in the system Ensure data quality - Proactively monitor the system for potential issues - Document and own the terminology and processes regarding usage of our ERP Support our warehouse and marketplace team - Be the first contact for ERP related questions and issues from stakeholders. - Analyze and document issues in our ERP system to find the root cause. - Document bugs and coordinate with the tech team for solutions. Enable users - Create and update user guidelines for our ERP system Odoo - Onboard users to the system with trainings **Requirements**: **Must have**: - Managing products, inventory, customers and users in an ERP system, preferable Odoo - Knowledge of how to detect early user problems in the ERP system - Good verbal and writing English skills (C1 equivalent), German is a plus - Explaining ERP features to users - Service mentality **Nice to have**: - Basic knowledge of SQL queries - Basic knowledge of Python programming - Data administration **Additionally**: - You have a work visa/permit or European citizenship - You are based in Berlin **Benefits**: - You want to get involved in a meaningful innovation project that helps solve two of the biggest problems of our time, i.e. food waste in the supply chain - and the corresponding climate damage?
