Our platform offers a unified DeFi experience, enabling our users to interact with decentralized finance seamlessly and in the most convenient way, offering access to the best services when it comes to trading, lending, borrowing, and yield farming across blockchains and decentralized exchanges.

As a team, we enjoy working on a few cool things, like native transaction bundling, smart order routing, and metadata access through our suite of APIs. Currently leveraging over 50 integrations and with more than $1Bio in transactions processed until now.

As our Marketing Leader, we are seeking someone that will take accountability for driving all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, product marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns. Interacting with our leadership team, we’re hoping you’ll ensure that our products resonate with our target audience and that we are framing Enso in a way that appeals to our users.

**The faucets of your role.**:
**Brand Development and Positioning**:

- Define and develop EnsoFinance’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and customer touchpoints.
- Establish brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image across all channels.

**Product Marketing**:

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends.
- Craft product launch strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.

**Content and Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with business goals and resonates with our audience.
- Grow EnsoFinance’s social media presence and community engagement on channels like LinkedIn, X, Farcaster and the crypto native communities.

**Digital Marketing & Growth**:

- Lead performance marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and other digital channels.
- Optimize campaigns to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and events.
- Over 5+ years of experience in fast-paced startups, preferably with exposure to DeFi, in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Proven track record in building and executing brand and marketing strategies from scratch, launching products from idea to concept to market.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, with a particular focus on Social Media, Community and Performance Marketing, applied to the Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of product marketing, with experience in go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth in a startup environment.
