- very good at German and English languages
- happy, when a client is happy too.
- is interested in automotive industry.
**What do we expect from you?**
- You are able to speak and write fluently in German.
- You have a really good level of English language (at least B2, both written and spoken).
- You have some experience in customer support and communication with clients (automotive industry is a big advantage).
- You have good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
**What you will have to do in your new job?**
- Communicate with local customers in German: answering phone calls or meeting them at the repair center’s front desk.
- Help colleagues in translating the detailed information about the repair center services.
- Make calls to potential customers and arrange the appointments to Sales Manager.
- Other support for team on-site.
- Other support to our German Sales team.
- Work on-site: Friedberg, Germany.

- 2300 - 3300 eur/month brutto salary (depending on the level of your experience and Tax Class).
