**Order Handling Specialist (f/m/d)**:

In the commercial order processing you will be the first contact person for customers and business partners in the Robotics & Discrete Automation division in Friedberg/ Hesse / Germany. You will support the team with your customer service skills in the entire order processing.

**This position reports to**:
LBU Controller

**Your responsibilities**:

- Holistic responsibility of orders, from receipt of orders, compliance with regulations, preparation of schedules, monitoring of delivery dates to invoicing
- Preparation of order processing calculations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and supportive intervention in case of necessary escalation
- You will ensure positive customer experiences, keep customers informed and resolve ambiguities
- You will monitor the overall process and trends on inquiries and you will identify potential for improvement

**Your background**:

- Initial work experience in a similar position in order processing desirable
- An agile and proactive approach, with a proven ability to take responsibility for customer issues
- Knowledge of SAP desirable
- A team player with a solution-oriented approach and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk
- Fluent German and English
