**Senior Controlling Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Your role in our team**:

- Regular analysis of and reporting on the operational and financial performance of the ProCredit banks and the group as well as ad
- hoc analyses on specific issues- Strengthening the annual business process, both with the Group as a whole and with the different planning entities
- Improvement and further development of controlling concepts and tools used by the Group
- Conduct regular analysis of banking sectors and markets of operation
- Support the ProCredit banks in the development of controlling-related activities

**What we expect**:

- You have a university degree in Finance or Computer/Data science or related disciplines- You have already gained meaningful experience in the area of financial controlling/analysis within a financial institution
- You possess over general knowledge of principles of IFRS accounting, especially in the context of financial institutions
- You also have a general understanding of the principles of risk management in financial institutions, ideally in the context of German
- banking regulation- You feel comfortable using MS Office products, especially Excel, and ideally have come in touch with Power BI and SQL in the
- course of your career- You have an excellent command of English in speaking and writing; German is a plus
- You possess over strong analytical and interpersonal skills and are diligent and accurate in your work
- You have a strong interest in the Eastern European countries, economies and banking sectors in which ProCredit operates
